Registered civil society association · Ulaanbaatar

Getting parcels to the door, and neighbours to the table.

We are a small association in Ulaanbaatar. We carry parcels and errands for people with disabilities who cannot easily get to a pick-up point, and we work with residents in our khoroolols on everyday accessibility and local civic life.

Who we are

New Horizon Delivery Association (Шинэ загун илгээлтийн холбоо) was set up in [Founding year] by [short description of founders — placeholder]. The idea was simple: a parcel that sits at a distribution point on the other side of the city is not much use to someone who cannot get there. We started carrying those parcels, and the community work grew out of the conversations we had at people's doors.

Two things we do

Accessible parcel & delivery support

Free or subsidised collection and delivery of parcels, documents, medicines and shopping for people with disabilities living in Ulaanbaatar. Requests come in by phone, by form, or through a family member or khoroo social worker. [Service details — eligibility, service area and hours to be confirmed.]

See what we do

Community & civic development

Neighbourhood meetings, accessibility walk-throughs of local buildings and pavements, and practical help for residents who want to raise an issue with their khoroo office. [Program details — current programmes and neighbourhoods to be listed here.]

We would rather leave these blank than guess. Figures will be published once the current reporting period is closed.

There is usually something that needs doing

Volunteers who can carry a box across town, people who can sit through a khoroo meeting and take notes, businesses willing to cover fuel for a month — all of it helps. So does a small donation.
