What We Do

Two areas of work, run by the same small team out of the same office on Peace Avenue.

Delivery & logistics support

We collect and deliver parcels, documents, prescriptions and small shopping orders for people with disabilities living in Ulaanbaatar, at no cost or at a reduced cost depending on the situation. Most of what we carry comes from post offices, delivery-company pick-up points, pharmacies and government service centres.

Who can use it

  • Adults and children with disabilities living in our service area, and their households.
  • Requests may be made by the person themselves, a family member, a carer, or a khoroo social worker on their behalf.
  • [Eligibility criteria — placeholder. Note here whether a disability certificate or khoroo referral is needed, and any limits on frequency, weight or value.]

How to request a delivery

  1. Call the office on +976 70 111 695, or fill in the request form on this website, or ask your khoroo social worker to contact us.
  2. A coordinator calls you back to confirm the address, the pick-up point and a time window.
  3. The parcel is collected and brought to your door. Nothing is left with a neighbour unless you have asked us to.

Service area and hours

[Service area — placeholder. List the districts and khoroos currently covered, and note where we can only deliver on certain days.] Office and delivery hours: [Office hours — placeholder].

Community & civic development

This side of the work grew out of the deliveries. Programme details below are structured and waiting for real content.

  • Neighbourhood civic participation

Helping residents prepare for and take part in khoroo meetings — agenda notes, written submissions, and follow-up on what was promised. [Program details — placeholder: neighbourhoods, schedule, partners.]

  • Accessibility checks and advocacy

Walking local routes with residents to record broken ramps, missing kerb cuts, unlit entrances and inaccessible service counters, then passing the record to the responsible office. [Program details — placeholder.]

  • Local outreach and information

Door-to-door and phone outreach so people know what benefits, services and equipment they are entitled to, and who to ask. [Program details — placeholder.]
