Governance
The general assembly of members is the highest decision-making body. It meets at least once a year, approves the annual report and the budget, and elects the board.
The board is elected for a [term length] term and is responsible for oversight between assemblies: approving work plans, appointing the director, and signing off on financial reporting.
The operations team runs the day-to-day service — taking requests, scheduling deliveries, supporting volunteers and keeping records. Delivery coordinators are responsible for one or more khoroos each.
