Delivery request form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, delivery address in Ulaanbaatar, the details of the request, and anything you choose to tell us about access to your building.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Some people tell us about a disability or a health condition so that we can make the delivery work. We treat that as sensitive information. It is seen only by the coordinator handling your request and the staff member supervising them, it is not shared with the sender or the pick-up point, and it is never used in fundraising material, photographs or reports without your separate written agreement.

To answer your message, to arrange and complete a delivery, to keep a record of the service for our own reporting, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it. We do not sell personal data or pass it to anyone for marketing.
