About Us

A registered civil society association working in Ulaanbaatar on accessible delivery and neighbourhood development.

How we started

[Founding story — placeholder. Describe here who started the association, in what year, and what situation made it necessary. Two or three honest paragraphs are enough; there is no need to dress it up.]

[Continue the story — early years, the first neighbourhoods worked in, and what changed along the way.]

Mission

To make sure that a disability does not decide whether a parcel, a document or a box of medicine reaches someone's home — and to support residents of Ulaanbaatar neighbourhoods in taking part in decisions about the places they live.

Vision

An Ulaanbaatar where everyday services reach everyone, where local accessibility problems are fixed because residents raised them, and where disabled people are involved in that work as neighbours and colleagues, not as recipients.

What we hold to

Dignity first
People ask us for a practical service. We provide it without making anyone tell their life story, and without using their situation to raise money.
Accessibility as routine
A ramp, a readable form, a phone line that a person can actually reach — these are ordinary requirements, not extras.
Reliability
If we say we will come on Thursday, we come on Thursday. If we cannot, we call. A service that is unpredictable is worse than no service.
Local and small
We work khoroo by khoroo. We would rather do a few districts properly than claim to cover the whole city.
Confidentiality
Addresses, health information and family details stay with the coordinator handling the request.
Open books
Members and donors can see what came in and what it was spent on. Reports are published on the transparency page.
