Donations pay for fuel, bus fares, packaging, the phone line, and the small costs that keep a delivery service running.
Where the money goes
Subsidising deliveries
Covering the cost of collection and delivery for households who cannot pay for it. This is the largest share of what we spend.
Community programmes
Meeting space, printing, transport for outreach, and materials for accessibility checks.
Running the office
Phone, internet, stationery, and basic administration. We keep this as small as we reasonably can.

A note on transparency
New Horizon Delivery Association is a registered non-profit civil society association in Mongolia, registration number 7093329. Income and spending are reported to the general assembly each year and published on the transparency page.
